It truly amazes me the total and unforgivable ignorance of the masses in
their linear thinking minds. They just do not get it, as they have surrendered
their brains to the mass media hysteria telling them that the Corporations of
America have no right to outsource? What about free markets and free
enterprise?
It was not the employers who demanded more benefits and priced themselves out
of work? It was not the employers who used their labor unions to sue and cause
hardship to employers and lobby politicians to increase the heat on employment
law.
Besides with under 5% unemployment it is tough for employers to get good
quality help, as 20% of the people under 30 years old are friggin drug users.
When I attempted to explain the under 5% unemployment rates recently to a young
man, Jason, he shoots back this comment;
“btw the 5% unemployment rate is a joke... they don't count you after you're
not drawing unemployment, therefore the "drawing unemployment rate" is 5% and
this in no way represents the number of unemployed people in this country. All
much similar to the shame wage laws in this country which offer a minimum wage
that is considered below the poverty level.”
Well Jason does not get it. I am a retired employer of many, never paying
minimum wage or anything close to that low of pay and the over regulation and
over lawyering in this nation, simply was a sign to me it is time to quit.
Indeed it is amazing that these whiners cause all this over regulation, demand
higher benefits, more employer laws and when you take away the jobs for greener
pastures they call you the Devil? What in God’s name are they talking about?
The fact is that those who are against outsourcing of any kind are fools and
do not understand the reality of free markets. Additionally they need to wake up
and stop calling employers evil and voting for incessant increases in over
regulation. America you are doing it to yourself and quite frankly with this
bogus and BS attitude of work ethic and outsourcing, hell, I’d say you deserve
it. Consider this in 2006.
